Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger, on a server located in France. The Immo+ application, where client agencies’ data lives, is hosted separately on a server located in Germany. Media are stored on an object storage service under European jurisdiction. All three are within the European Union.

Personal data

The contact form collects your name, your e-mail address and, if you provide them, your agency and phone number. This information is used to reply to you and for nothing else: it is not sold, not transferred, not used for advertising.

• Legal basis: your request, that is to say your consent.
• Retention: three years from the last exchange, then deletion.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection — on simple request to the contact address.
• Complaints: to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookie, no tracker, no third-party analytics. A single technical cookie is set, on the contact page only, long enough to check that the form was filled in from this page. It expires when the browser closes. That is why no banner asks for your consent: there is nothing to accept.

Intellectual property

The texts, the visual identity and the software presented here are protected. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License, and served from this domain.

Applicable law

This site is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of the district of the publisher's registered office.
